By Subway take the Express E or F train or the Local M or R train to Continental Avenue/71st Avenue, Forest Hills.

From Manhattan’s Penn Station take the LIRR to Station Square, Forest Hills.

By Car

From Queens Blvd. going east turn right or going west turn left onto Continental Avenue/71st Avenue. Proceed 2 blocks under the Long Island Railroad into Station Square and make a left to The Forest Hills Inn. We are under the clock-tower bridge at 12 Station Square.

Please note, the Forest Hills Gardens is a private community with NO PUBLIC PARKING available. We provide PARKING PASSES for our patients at the front desk. Please be aware, without a Parking Pass the Forest Hills Gardens patrol will boot your vehicle. You may park your vehicle without a pass along the meters on 71st Avenue/Continental Avenue or along Austin Street.
